To reserve a home, you'll need to submit a contract and earnest money.

What is a preferred lender and why should I use one?

Our preferred lenders are trusted partners who have worked with Ash Creek Homes for years. While they are not affiliated with us, they know our homes and the loan process inside and out, which helps ensure smoother approvals and closings. By choosing a preferred lender, you’ll also have access to special buyer incentives—such as Ash Creek Homes covering your title policy, which is typically about 1% of the loan amount.

Are investors allowed to purchase homes?

Yes, investors are welcome at Drew Lane; however, they are limited to 50% of total buyers. To help protect the value of owner-occupied homes, all investor purchases must include an upgrade to the Upscale Collection package.

Are Airbnb or short-term rentals allowed?

No, short-term rentals are not allowed at Drew Lane. Any rented home must have a lease term of at least six months to help maintain a stable and connected community.
