The community features groves of mature oak trees and native landscaping, and the HOA provides full lawn maintenance for all homes. The private yard size of each home varies (200-500 sq ft) but every home will have the ability to add a fenced yard.
When will Drew Lane homes be available for purchase?
Our model home is expected to open in October 2025, but pre-sales will open in late summer 2025. You can join the VIP list now to receive updates and be among the first to reserve a home.
