Yes! Our Ash Creek Homes team will work with you to personalize your home's flooring, tile, and designer finishes. We also offer unique individual design upgrades, like built-in desks and benches, decorative ceiling beams, and electric car charging outlets.
How does the Ash Creek warranty work?
Current homeowners can easily submit non-emergency warranty requests directly through our website via our Warranty Submission Form. For after-hours emergencies, we provide every homeowner with a "Direct Call" list of our trusted contractors during their Homeowner Orientation.

A "Lock-and-Leave" community is designed for people who want the freedom of homeownership without the burden of maintenance.
