Drew Lane, located at 2414 Drew Lane in vibrant South Austin, is an intimate community showcasing twenty-eight- 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom, 2 and 3 story Craftsman-style homes designed for efficient living with style. The community features groves of mature oak trees and native landscaping, and the HOA provides full lawn maintenance for all homes. The private yard size of each home varies (200-500 sq ft) but every home will have the ability to add a fenced yard.

When will Drew Lane homes be available for purchase?

Our model home is expected to open in October 2025, but pre-sales will open in late summer 2025. You can join the VIP list now to receive updates and be among the first to reserve a home.

Where is Drew Lane located?
