One of the benefits of buying new is the warranty that comes automatically with your new Ash Creek home! We are dedicated to delivering the best for our customers and providing support at every stage of your home buying journey. Even after we have handed you the keys to your new home.
Our warranty service system is designed to accept written reports of non-emergency items for our original new home buyers. This ensures you maximum protection and allows us to operate efficiently, so we can provide better service. For the fastest and most direct service, please refer first to your direct call list of trade and utility providers.
Only one form is necessary for all warranty requests. If you have a document or photo, you may upload it along with your request. Please allow sufficient time for proper processing and note that working hours of our associates and subcontractors are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. We require that you or your representative be home at the time of service.
